Dr. Michael Hölzl

Dr. Michael Hölzl, business graduate and tax consultant, has been Global Head of Tax & Customs at SIEMENS ENERGY AG since 2019. From 2011 to 2019, he was responsible for the global tax function at OSRAM. He played a key role in the IPOs of both companies. Prior to that, he worked for SIEMENS AG for many years, most recently as Head of Strategic Tax Planning. He is the author of numerous publications in the tax field and is well known for his many lectures. Michael Hölzl is a member of the tax working group of the Schmalenbach Society, the executive committee of the Bavarian IFA section and the board of the BDI tax committee.
