Michel Collet

Michel Collet advises banks, funds, and public and private companies on cross-border transactions, including M&A, financing, real estate, and securitization. He also advises Territories such as Saint-Barthélemy and Guadeloupe on tax policy and institutional reforms, assists HNWIs with cross-border family planning, and represents clients before national courts and the European Court of Human Rights. He is a lecturer at the university of Orléans on Fiducie.
